Counterpoint

This is a striking patten that is started using a double slotted, round wooden base. You will first weave a simple inner basket of 3/8” flat reed. This becomes the mold for the outer basket. Dyed stakes will be inserted on the outside and the basket is continuous weave with 4 mm Hamburg cane. Twill experience and reading a pattern is a must.
