To register you must mail your Registration Fee, registration form and a large, self-addressed stamped envelope, no later than December 1, 2011.

Your registration fee helps to cover teacher instruction fees, (we pay our teachers an hourly fee), your lunch for each day registered, printing, mailing and website costs as well as your WinterWeave membership.

This membership entitles you to WinterWeave updates throughout the year. Updates will be emailed to you so make sure to include your email address on your registration form!

Registration Fees are as follows:
1 Day $40
2 Days $80
3 Days $120

Your Registration Order Form can be printed from the registration link to the left. Please indicate 4 choices for each day that you register to attend classes, listing them with first preference first, etc. Do not choose any class you are not willing to take. Register early as space is limited. All checks for Registrations Fees are to be made out to WILDWOOD BASKETRY GUILD.

There will be a $20.00 late fee charged for any registrations received after December 1. Registration fees are nonrefundable should you cancel after January 15, 2012.

Confirmations will be mailed out by December 21, 2011. Your confirmation will include an itemized bill for Material Fees, a list of motels and restaurants, and other important conference information.

After you receive your confirmation and itemized bill, Material fees must be paid by January 15, 2012. All checks for Material Fees are to be made out to the individual teachers. Any requests for class schedule changes made after January 15 will be assessed a $10 processing fee. If a student cancels their registration, the Registration Fee will not be refunded if cancellation occurs after January 15, 2011.

Winter Weave™ 2012 will be canceled ONLY if the State Highway Patrol closes all major highways on February 24, 25, and 26, 2012. In such a case, class and material fees will be refunded. For those worried about our weather, this cancellation has never happened in 23 years! We do all we can to have great weather! The city of Mentor does a fantastic job keeping our roads clear and safe.

The Wildwood Cultural Center is located at 7645 Little Mountain Road in Mentor, Ohio. Mentor is located 30 minutes east of Cleveland, Ohio. All maps and hotel info will be sent with your registration confirmations.
