Starting with an antler, predrilled by the instructor, students will weave with reed, cedar harvested in Thorne Bay, Alaska, sea grass, leather, and a variety of natural materials.  Hands on drilling techniques will be a part of the class.  Information on tools, techniques and safety in drilling to get the desired results will be shared!  Each bowl will be a unique work of art.  Students will learn to fill so there are no gaps left in each section of the bowl and relax as they weave as all the ribs are in place.
